John Abraham

John Abraham, born 17 December 1972, is a former model turned Bollywood actor. He currently lives in Mumbai, India.

John Abraham was born in Mumbai, India on 17th December 1972. He is the sole love of many young girls, but loves only one, Bipasha Basu (actress). His real name is Farhan but his father gave him the name 'John', and he has used that name ever since. He has one younger brother, Alan. Being a Catholic, John's father added the name 'Abraham' to his son's name as a mark of respect to the first patriarch and progenitor of the Hebrew people in the Bible.

Abraham attended Bombay Scottish School and later Jai Hind College.[1] He was an avid sportsman, captaining the college football team.[1] He later earned an MBA degree from MET.[1] He is slightly above 6 feet tall.
